New Delhi (India) : Arushi Arts is a leading international auction house conducting live and online auctions of modern and contemporary Indian fine art. They will be celebrating living traditions and women artists at the 14th edition of the India Art Fair titled ‘THE HERO SHE IS’ at booth E-17 from 9th till 12th February 2023 at NSIC Exhibition grounds in Delhi.
The 24-year-old endeavor, aiming to promote the best of contemporary art from India around the world will exhibit the works of three important artists Jangarh Singh Shyam, Baua Devi and Bhuri Bai.

This show juxtaposes these 2 important women artists as heroes in the male-dominated art world. The two Women artists have shown their works at important museums around the world and are Padma Shri Awardees. This show is a celebration of women artists who are equally important heroes and is also a tribute to J.Swaminathan who encouraged living traditions and played a vital role.”
Arushi Arts also gives a yearly prize since 2014, dedicated to the Late Mr. DK Jain which is the DK Jain Art Prizeto to encourage and support the living traditions of our country.
The art show is being held at India Art Fair, Booth E – 17 from 9th – 12th February 2023 at NSIC Exhibition grounds.
