Mumbai: Flipkart has divested its 6% stake in Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands Ltd (ABABL) for around Rs.950 crore through a block deal. Flipkart had bought into Aditya Birla Fashion in 2020 as part of a partnership to improve its omni-channel capabilities. Now owned by Walmart, this could be a setback to the company, which needed Flipkart-Myntra’s wide appeal and reach to boost the brand’s sales. Mumbai: Integrated eyewear brand Lenskart has received approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to raise Rs.2,150 crore through an IPO. Dahej: In another major crackdown on narcotics, Gujarat Minister of State for Home Harsh Sanghavi on Thursday oversaw the destruction of illegal drugs worth ₹381 crore at Dahej. Ahmedabad: Rebutting fears of a muted festive season, Gujarat witnessed a record 54,000 vehicle deliveries across the state.
