Pune: Logistics provider Delhivery Limited has formalised a partnership with Bajaj Auto Limited to electrify its last-mile delivery vehicle fleet. Instead of fuel-guzzling cargo three-wheelers, Delhivery will be using custom-built electric cargo e-rickshaws to promote sustainable operations. Both the companies flagged off their first batch of 200 Bajaj RIKI eCarts as the company looks to expand its use across its network by 2026-27. Mumbai: The United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) has officially approached the Indian Drug Manufacturers’ Association (IDMA) to mitigate a critical nationwide shortage of life saving ifosfamide injection. The shortage came as a result of a technical disruption at a contract manufacturing site of Baxter International, a primary generic supplier of ifosfamide used for treating several cancers. Mumbai: Newly demerged residential developer Raymond Realty Limited has reported a 29% rise in operating income to ₹3,039 crores as the company witnessed strong pre-sales bookings. Mumbai: A massive cybersecurity issue has hit India’s rapidly growing electronics manufacturing ecosystem. Tata Electronics, the company set up to assemble smartphones and electronics in India, has confirmed that it fell victim to a significant cybersecurity incident where almost 630GB or about 2,04,300 files of supplier specifications and manufacturing documents from Tesla and Apple have turned up on a hacker’s forum. New Delhi: The global sugar market is all set to witness a shift as India is most likely to curtail exports this year due to the expected El Niño-led drought and the subsequent fall in production. According to a report by the  Exencial Research Partners, sugar output has declined this year by about 18% from its peak in 2022, even as domestic demand has increased to record levels. Mumbai: Leading industrial engineering and energy services major Asian Energy Services Limited (AESL) has bagged its first Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) contract outside the Coal India group, worth ₹187.6 crore. Awarded by the state-owned Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Limited (GSECL), the contract involves modernizing the Coal Handling Plant (CHP) for Units 3 to 5 of the Ukai Thermal Power Station in Tapi district, Gujarat.
