Pune: Indian digital engineering provider Persistant Systems has announced its plans to acquire German peer Nagarro SE, as the company looks to enhance its scale and AI capabilities. Persistent is offering €81 per share to Nagarro’s shareholders, valuing the entire company at about €1.16 billion. Persistent already has a 21% stake in the company, and is aiming to gain control of the company, with the management board having accepted the offer. New Delhi: The Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) has officially notified the Transition Facilitation (Quality Control) Order, 2026 to optimize the compliance requirements for manufacturers. This has come after Bitcoin fell to an intraday low of $58,188, its lowest level since October 2024, before recovering to about $61,800.
