Bharuch: Borosil Renewables, the solar glass manufacturing arm of the Borosil Group, has swung back to profit for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as the company has witnessed strong order growth and has exited from its insolvent German subsidiary. The company has reported a consolidated net profit of ₹86.8 crore for Q1 FY26-27, reversing its heavy net loss of ₹170 crore recorded for the corresponding quarter last year. Mumbai: Listed real estate technology firm Aurum PropTech Limited has announced a binding agreement to acquire 100% of Locon Solutions Private Limited, the parent company of property portal Housing.com. Kolkata: Leading hospitality chain ITC Hotels Limited has reported a stellar performance for the quarter ended June 30 as it looks to tap in the surge in demand and also consolidate its portfolio post integration of the Kumarakom Resort & Spa acquisition. Mumbai: US-based generic pharma major Mylan has sold its 5.64% share in Biocon Ltd within 6 months of getting it. The shares were allocated to it as part of an agreement with Biocon following Biocon Biologics’ acquisition of Mylan’s global biosimilars business for $3.33 billion.
