New Delhi: Kotak Mahindra Bank reported a 14% decline in its standalone net profit from Rs.4,122 crore last year to Rs. 3,552 crore this year. The Bank’s net interest income rose to Rs . 16,450, mainly from the one-time gain from the divestment of Kotak General Insurance (KGI). Its Net Interest Income(NII) increased 5% to Rs . 7,284 crore. New Delhi: Anil Ambani’s Reliance NU Suntech has won a bid by the State-Run Navratna company Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) to set up a 930 MW integrated solar plant with a battery energy storage system (BESS) of 465 MW/1860 MWh aiming to invest about Rs.10,000 crore. New Delhi: In a move that aims to guarantee access to low denomination banknotes to everyone, the RBI has directed banks to ensure ample availability of Rs.100 and Rs.200 notes in ATMs across the country. By September 30, 2025, each ATM will have at least 1 cassette filled with Rs.100 and Rs.200 notes. Typically, ATMs have 4 cassettes that can hold 22 packets of bank notes.
