New Delhi, September 16: Newly listed cable manufacturer Susan Electricals has finalized an agreement to acquire 1.96 hectares of land in Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh, for a total consideration of INR 22 crore. This acquisition is aimed at strengthening its operational footprint and meeting the evolving needs of the industrial sector.
After raising ₹70.38 crore on the bourses in June 2026, this development is aimed at scaling up its industrial requirements to scale up its manufacturing capacity. By increasing its production volume, Susan Electricals aims to maintain its competitive edge and ensure a steady supply of high-quality electrical components to its expanding client base.
The company’s net profit rose to ₹6.39 crore in Q1 FY27, up from a net loss of ₹40 lakh during the same period last year. With this, revenue also grew over 270% YoY, as the company benefited from increased customer demand. For Susan Electricals, this capacity expansion is the natural next choice, as it aims to continue supplying high-quality electrical components for its expanding client base.
