Mumbai: Specialty chemical manufacturer Fineotex Chemical Limited has seen its consolidated net profit rise 93% year-on-year for Q1 FY 27 as the company worked toward enhancing manufacturing capacity and strengthening its execution capabilities. Along with this, the company’s operating income also jumped 164.48% to ₹386.72 crore for the quarter, with its EBITDA rising 134.69% to ₹59.14 crore. The company commissioned the expansion of its Texas facility, taking its total manufacturing capacity to about 1,48,000 MTPA.
Fineotex Chemicals has successfully integrated its US-based CrudeChem Technologies acquisition into itself, strengthening its presence in the oil and gas specialty chemicals sector.
“We delivered a strong start to FY27 with healthy growth in both revenues and profitability, supported by the successful integration of our oilfield specialty chemicals business. The acquisition has significantly enhanced our presence in the global oil & gas chemicals market and contributed meaningfully to the Company’s overall performance. During the quarter, CrudeChem continued to benefit from improved operational efficiencies, higher capacity utilisation and stronger execution capabilities, enabling us to build a more scalable and profitable business.
