Gurugram: Manufacturing giant Amber Enterprises reported a 22% rise in revenues to ₹12,186 crore, as the company has successfully scaled from its AC manufacturing business to become a larger Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) working in the consumer durables, electronics, railways and defence domains.
The company has reported a 22% rise in Operating EBITDA to ₹ 970 crore, with a corresponding rise in operating PAT to ₹338 crore for FY26, though further details haven’t been disclosed.
Over the year, the company has acquired stakes in Shogini Technoarts (80%), Unitronics (50.4%) and Power One Microsystems (60%) as the company looks to bolster its manufacturing capabilities. This is in addition to the acquisition of ILJIN Holdings in September last year.
Along with this, it has also secured a ₹3,200 crore Electronic Manufacturing Component Scheme (ECMS) approval with Ascent-K Circuit to manufacture High Density Interconnect (HDI) applications.

Power‑One, a prominent player in solar inverters, UPS systems, EV chargers, and battery energy storage systems (BESS);
Unitronics, an Israel-based provider of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Human-Machine Interface (HMI) solutions for Industrial Automation.
Secured approval under the Electronics Component Manufacturing Scheme (ECMS) scheme of Ascent and Shogini Technoarts for multi-layer PCB application, and Ascent-K Circuit’s for HDI PCB application. Additionally, secured land allotment of 100 acres in Amber Enterprises and 16 acres in Ascent-K Circuit towards the development of new manufacturing facilities at YEIDA, near Jewar Airport in Uttar Pradesh.
