Mumbai: Fabtech Technologies International Limited reported a 22% year-on-year rise in income to ₹168.24 crore, as the company focused on expanding its long-term infrastructure capabilities rather than chasing aggressive quarterly revenue targets.

The company’s net profits stood at ₹22.06 crore, even as its margins were affected by about 9-10% due to uncertainties following global geopolitical events. The company hopes that this would gradually ease by FY27 supported by operating leverage and scale benefits.

Strategic Focus: “Building for the Future”

The company is looking to expand its manufacturing and R&D as it looks to enhance its biocointainment and specialized HVAC systems. As it now manages the entire lifecycle for its facilities, from design to commissioning, Fabtech is looking to secure long-term maintenance contracts for predictable future cash flows.

It currently has a presence in over 30 countries and is looking to transition from a vendor to a strategic partner for multinational pharma giants.

Financial Health and Market Performance

The company aims to maintain a healthy EBITDA margin, benefiting from a high proportion of international contracts. The company will be sharing its official Q4 results soon, with investors looking to gauge the company’s infrastructure first narrative.
