Gurugram: Marking World Health Day, Deepak Sahni, Founder of Healthians, has unveiled the name of his next venture, Un:Bloc. The announcement comes exactly 12 years after he started Healthians, a company that went on to reshape India’s diagnostic services landscape.
After stepping away from his executive role at Healthians, Sahni is now gearing up for his next entrepreneurial chapter. Under his leadership, the company scaled from scratch to a ₹3,000 crore business, emerging as a major player in preventive healthcare diagnostics across India.
While details around Un:Bloc are still under wraps, the name hints at a focus on breaking systemic barriers and creating large-scale impact. The venture is expected to reflect Sahni’s continued interest in solving deep-rooted challenges through innovation and scalable models.
Sharing the update on LinkedIn, Sahni reflected on his journey:
“12 years ago on this day, I started Healthians. No playbook, just conviction. What we built changed how India experiences diagnostics.
After Healthians, a lot of people asked me, what’s next?
The answer is ready now — Un:Bloc. Bigger in ambition. Deeper in purpose. And more meaningful in impact.”
He also expressed gratitude to those who have been part of his journey so far, adding that the new venture will be built with the same focus on ambition and scale.
More details about Un:Bloc’s vision and business model are expected to be revealed in the coming weeks.
