New Delhi: Xiaomi is now ready to unveil its latest device in India. The Redmi 15C 5G, which is an entry-level phone, is expected to be priced around Rs 10,000. This Redmi 15C 5G is expected to be more affordable than the Redmi 15, Xiaomi’s last phone to hit Indian shores back in August 2025. Xiaomi has also confirmed that this device is going to debut on December 3. The teaser graphic shared along with the upcoming Redmi 15C aligns perfectly with the model sold in specific European markets. Xiaomi also sells a 4G variant of the Redmi 15C, though in India, only the 5G Redmi 15C is coming at this point in time.

Redmi 15C 5G, sold in Europe, has a 6.9-inch LCD display with a 720p resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The panel has a waterdrop-style notch, and the phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, which is paired with 4GB of RAM and up to 256GB of onboard storage. For photography, it has a single 50MP primary camera sensor on the back and an 8MP camera sensor on the front. It is packed with a 6000mAh battery with the support of 33W fast charging.
The Redmi 15V has a refreshed design, compared to the Redmi 14C it is replacing; the cameras are now vertically aligned rather than inside the circular module, like the Redmi 15. The device is IP64 rated for dust and water resistance and comes in a choice of Midnight Black, Dusk Purple and Mint Green. Biometrics are handled by a side-mounted fingerprint reader.
