New Delhi: In the new generation era is taking place the era of EV means electric cars which are coming along by most car brands because Electric cars are better than petrol cars because they cost less than petrol cars, and nowadays petrol’s price is going high day-by-day so now the people are shifting their petrol cars to Electric cars by this only most of car brands launching new EV cars and now this time Mahindra also reveals new EV cars in the automobile industry which XEV 9E and BE 6 with their Top Variants.
Mahindra announced on Tuesday the most awaited EV cars are launching soon with their three variants which include, Pack One, Pack Two, and Pack Three, these EVs are SUV’s are powerful looking and their variant prices came earlier. The Fully loaded Pack three variant comes with a 79-kWh battery of Mahindra XEV 9E which will be sold for Rs 30.90 lakh. The Top Pack three variants of BE 6 will be priced at 26.9 lakhs these are ex-showroom prices and the non-inclusive charger will not give by Mahindra this is purchased separately. Under the Three for me program BE 6 Emi will be Rs 29,224 and if look at the XEV 9E it will cost EMI of Rs 45,450, and the pack two prices are not revealed yet.
The bookings of XEV 9E will begin on February 14, the test drive will roll out on January 14, and its delivery will be scheduled to begin in early March 2025. BE 6 to begin booking on February 14 and delivery is slated by March. Both of the SUVs as part of Mahindra’s in-home INGLO platform. The Mahindra SUV comes with two battery options a 59kWh and a 79kWh battery. Which company claims that 79kWh will charge 20 to 80 percent in 20 minutes with a 175kW DC fast charger and that 59kWh will require 20 minutes with a 140kW DC fast charger.
The XEV 9E the variant of 79kWh battery will offer a range of 656km on a single charge and it offers an 11kW onboard charger and an additional offer 7.2kW charger also. The 7.2kW charge fully 59kWh in 8.7 hours but the 11kW will charge this fully in just 6 hours. And for the 79kWh battery will charge fully when it charges by 7.2kW it takes 11.7 hours and 11kW takes 8 hours to charge fully.
The 79kWh battery will provide a 286hp, 380Nm motor to drive the rear wheels and it aimed 0-100kph time in 6.8 seconds, and the smaller 59kWh powered by 231hp motors. Similarly, the BE 6 also gets two battery options, 59kWh and 79kWh battery packs, which provide a range of 550km It provides 288bhp, 380Nm, and it goes 0-100kph in just 6.7 seconds which is faster than the XEV 9E variant.
The XEV 9e features a unique thing in their cars they have provided a three-screen setup with each of 12.3 inches with spoke wheels and an inflated steering wheel with an illuminated logo. XEV 9E has built Mahindra’s Artificial Intelligence Architecture, offering 220K DMIPS, 51 TOPS, over 80 billion transistors, and 130+ million-line codes. Its system is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295 chipset which is paired with 24GB RAM and 128GB storage. Connectivity is Wi-Fi 6.0, Bluetooth 5.2, and 5G capability.
The BE 6 has a twin, 12.3-inch floated screen setup, and with new Ui Software in-built it is also paired with 24GB RAM and 128GB storage with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295 processor. It has so many features like a wireless charger, ambient lighting, 360-degree camera, in-car camera, panoramic sunroof, dual-zone climate control, laminated glass, a Dolby-Atmos 16 Speaker Harman Kardon, in-built Wi-Fi, OTA updates, Bluetooth, 7 airbags.
