Iyer, Lead Well-Being Expert and Habit Coach, and Siddhi Aiyya, Counseling Psychologist and Habit Coach. Participants will engage in a 21-day live challenge, tracking their daily habit goals on the Alyve Health app. The journey will end in a celebratory closing ceremony by the end of this month, where the habit champions will be announced, and participants will share their transformative experiences.
