New Delhi [India], August 22: The coaching and training industry is transforming significantly, with Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) at the forefront. Traditionally, coaching has been about guiding individuals through motivation and behavioural changes, but the emergence of New Code NLP is setting a new standard. This advanced approach emphasizes content-free coaching, where the focus shifts from merely discussing change to actively embodying it through experiential learning.
This innovative approach will be the centrepiece of an upcoming event hosted at the Sheraton Grand’s Sovereign Room from August 23-30, facilitated by Ridhima Dua, braced with over 17 years of experience and more than 30,000 hours of training across six diverse sectors.
Ridhima Dua, the Founder and Director of iFlame Consulting, is a certified NLP and New Code NLP Trainer, Transformation Coach, and Keynote Speaker. She is recognised as the first Indian woman accredited member of the International Trainers Academy (ITCA), London, and has received numerous accolades, including the “101 Most Fabulous Training & Development Leaders” by the World HRD Congress in 2020.
The event aims to bring a paradigm shift in the coaching industry by introducing a more streamlined and process-oriented approach to change through New Code NLP. Participants who have been learning with Ridhima for over a year will delve deeper into this transformative method. They will explore using New Code games and experiential exercises to make learning and transformation more accessible and effective.
“Transformation is not just about reading and understanding; it’s about experiencing and embodying change at a deeper level. This event is about making that transformation a lifestyle, where the process becomes part of who we are,” says Ridhima Dua. “We want to shift people from merely reading about motivation to living it from within.”
Ridhima Dua has built her work and pedagogy on the lives and works of her mentors: Dr. John Grinder, Michael Carroll, and Carmen Bostic St Clair. Ridhima learned NLP from Dr. John Grinder, the co-creator of NLP, and Michael Carroll, the founder of NLP Academy.
The attendees, hailing from across the country—Delhi, Punjab, Maharashtra, Karnataka, and more—are coming together to enhance their coaching skills and drive change within their communities. The diversity of participants, including those from Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Uttar Pradesh, reflects the growing interest in New Code NLP and its potential to revolutionize coaching.
The event promises to be a significant milestone in the field of NLP, with Ridhima Dua playing a pivotal role in facilitating this transformation. Her mission is to simplify the process and ensure that every participant leaves with a clearer understanding of how to implement these techniques in their coaching practices.
With its roots in the 1970s, NLP has come a long way, and the emergence of New Code NLP marks the beginning of a new era in coaching and training.
