New Delhi: Jindal Aluminium, India’s leading aluminium extrusion company, has set a new production record by manufacturing 115,920 metric tons of aluminium extruded products in the fiscal year 2023-24. This marks 10% increase in production compared to the previous fiscal year, solidifying its status as the top producer in India for aluminium extrusions. Renowned for its high-quality products and efficient delivery, Jindal Aluminium leverages over five decades of expertise in producing intricate aluminium profiles.
The company operates three state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities located in Bengaluru, Dabaspet in Karnataka, and a recently acquired plant in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. These facilities boast a combined production capacity of 235,000 tonnes per year, including 160,000 tonnes of aluminium extruded products and 75,000 tonnes of aluminium flat-rolled products. Additionally, Jindal Aluminium features in-house, eco-friendly surface coating capabilities, such as powder coating and anodizing.

Jindal Aluminium has significantly influenced India’s downstream aluminium industry and is uniquely recognized with the aerospace AS9100D certification. The company is also dedicated to sustainability, utilizing 100% renewable energy at its two manufacturing units in Karnataka.
According to a recent IMARC report, the Indian aluminium extrusion market is expected to reach 1,288,202.3 tonnes by 2028, with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 4.49% from 2023 to 2028. This positive outlook underscores Jindal Aluminium’s strategic market position and highlights the promising future for the aluminium extrusion sector, offering extensive opportunities for stakeholders throughout the value chain.
In the fiscal year 2023-24, Jindal Aluminium also produced 49,461 tonnes of aluminium flat-rolled products, contributing to its overall production achievements.
