Noida: Counsel India hosted a Mental Health Awareness Program. At that event, they invited a Chief Guest DR, Subshah Gupta, who is Chairman of the Red Cross Society. Counsel India honoured him with a Shawl and a pot. Which a convocation ceremony was organized and joined hands with educational institutions, corporations, and NGOs to work together at ground zero in Arunachal Pradesh for the mental well-being of society. The event was started by a panel discussion with the heads of educational institutions, human resource professionals, mental health experts, and NGOs. The event was made better by the creative ideas and the knowledge of the great speakers, who explained key points and clarified the needs of the modern workplace in the traditional educational programs with the successful mantra.
At this precious event, Dr Gupta shared his views regarding mental health. He also talked about youngsters and how they get stressed in their daily lives. Related to exams, family issues, and their problems and how they can deal with these problems. He said that students of this generation only need the care and love of their parents, which are lacking because their parents are working, so they are not able to give time to their children. He asked youngsters not to take so much stress, and he advised them on how they could tackle those situations. He shares his experience related to mental health, what he does when he gets so much stress, and how he tackles those problems. He asked the student of counsel in India to go and talk to old people who live in the old age home because they are hopeful that somebody will come and talk to them, and he said you all should ask them how they are feeling.
The main focus of the event was to talk about the people who face difficulties with mental health. He says thanks to Counsel India, as they invited him as chief guest, and he feels so happy talking to the students and the faculty over there. He asked them to do well in the future in terms of mental health and wished them luck in the future.
