Ahmedabad: Cadila Pharmaceuticals, a pioneering legacy and one of the largest privately held pharmaceutical companies in the country received two prestigious honours at the World HRD Congress 2024.
Cadila Pharmaceuticals was presented the “National Best Employer Award” in the 32nd edition of the World HRD Congress. Kinjal Choudhary, Global President of HR, Cadila Pharmaceuticals, and Sukant Thawait, Senior Vice President of brand Strategic Business Unit- HR, Cadila Pharmaceuticals, accepted the award on behalf of the company.
Mr Choudhary said during his Keynote Speech, “It was a privilege to accept the National Best Employer Award. The recognition is a testament to the hard work and dedication of every member of the Cadila family. We believe that employees are the biggest asset of Cadila Pharmaceuticals, and we are proud to be among the top 25 employers across industries in the country for the year 2023,”
As an icing on the cake, Dr Vijayesh Kumar Gupta, COO of Domestic Brand Aid Formulations Business, Cadila Pharmaceuticals, was awarded the “Business Leader of the Year Award” in the C-suite/CEO/COO/CXO category.
The distinguished jury for the World HRD Congress 2024 evaluated 150 COOs from various sectors.
The achievement, bestowed in the presence of the who’s who of India’s corporate world, highlights not only Dr. Gupta’s outstanding leadership but also Cadila Pharmaceuticals’ exemplary contributions on the national stage.
In another development, the HR Association of India recognized Kinjal Choudhary as one of the game-changers of the year for driving organizational success, empowering employees and revolutionizing their industries.
