New Delhi: The career coaching platform Mindler mentioned its corporate experiential programme for students aged 15 to 22 to gain cutting-edge skills from international firms based on information from an official announcement. It is anticipated that this programme will debut in association with HRX, a fitness company established by Hrithik Roshan and Exceed Entertainment. Students who complete this programme should be able to comprehend how companies like HRX sell their goods in the Web 3.0 era and obtain an experience certificate.
It is expected that the students will also receive a young Tech Marketer Certificate, experience letter and Individual Performance Report from both companies. Supposedly, “ The program module contains simulations and role-plays to help students understand how marketing works in Web 2.0 and Web 3.0 within brands. It can also help students to decode the new Web 3.0 and understand all marketing-related activities and their outcome”, Pallavi Barman, business head, HRX, explained.
It is anticipated that the NEP 2020 will promote experiential learning and emphasise the value of developing applicable skills through real-world experience. According to findings from a 2020 World Economic Forum research, 60% of businesses in India are looking for workers with abilities in experiential learning.
Furthermore, “Mindler hopes to offer courses that cover the latest trends in technology and gives students the opportunity to work on real-world projects with leading companies,” Pratham Sutaria, product head, Mindler Immrse and New Initiatives, concluded.
