About 50000 people used Lex during the week, with an average learning time of about 35 to 40 minutes, and 14000 employees used Lex during the weekend, with a moderate learning time of about 45-50 minutes, according to Infosys’ Form 20-F filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
In FY22, TCS employees spent 121 hours per employee on learning activities. In FY23, the same decreased to 82.4 hours. In FY22, Infosys’s average yearly training hours per employee were 125.6. The average number of training days per employee in FY23 was 16.31. Averaging 16.31 training days per employee translates to 130 to 147 training hours per employee yearly, depending on whether each training day is 8 or 9 hours long.
