Mumbai: Siddha Group, a leading national real estate developer, along with partners Sejal Group of Mumbai, have completed and obtained an Occupation Certificate (OC) for two Slum Rehabilitation (SRA) towers comprising 22 and 23 floors, respectively, of its project ‘Siddha Seabrook’. This project is strategically located on Link Road, Kandivali (W), Mumbai, providing housing to over 450 families. Siddha & Sejal Group are emerging as significant players in the redevelopment space in Mumbai.
Speaking on the tenant’s rehabilitation handover process, Mr Samyak Jain, Director of Siddha Group, said, “We are happy to hand over possession of their homes to our new residents, which gives them a new identity from here on. Rehabilitating them in their new home improves their living standards and enhances their lifestyle. Living in more hygienic conditions with improved marriage prospects are some positive takeaways.”

It was completed in 60 months, in spite of Covid-induced delays, and is currently under the fit-out possession stage. The project offers 2 & 3 BHK residences along with a few 3 BHK Sky Garden Premium apartments.
