Surat: The second day of BNI’s three-day-long Surat Biz Fest was held at Platinum Hall, SIECC, Sarsana. These two additional days, the 25th and 26th of March, will focus on other industries in which Surat and other business people from across the country will participate. This event is an initiative by BNI Greater Surat and Corporate Connections.
Dr Nidhi Singhvi, the executive director of BNI Greater Surat, inaugurated the event. Further, Gaurav Singhvi elaborated the future holds a possibility for more business capital in surat near 2030 as he proclaims that with the raw and immense talent it holds, Surat has more potential to develop into a financial capital rising to the ranks along with Mumbai and other cities.
Additionally, Gaurav believes that every entrepreneur starting out should have a PHD, not a doctorate but Passion, Hunger, and Discipline for what they want to achieve; where you should have the Passion for whatever you’re building, hunger to get something outstanding and discipline. Surat Biz Fest is an initiative to promote this vision. We attempt to promote the earning and learning culture together by having this three-day event with business exhibitions and learned speakers from across India”.
Today’s panel discussion was moderated by Gaurav V K Singhvi (We Founder Circle Startup Investors) between Ashwin Desai of Aether Industries Limited (Chemicals), Ketan Zota of Zota Pharma Ltd (Chemicals), Milan Parikh of Jainam Securities Ltd (Equity investments) and Abbas Hajoori of Sosyo Beverages Ltd (food and beverages).
With that, there was a master class of Dr Aseem Gokarn Harwansh, the executive director at BNI and Principle consultant AGH environment and Sandeep Kaushik, CEO of Macaw books, Co-founder at winning mantra and Tech Allys. The masterclass was given on the topic of “Scale up exports,” and the keynote session was given by Murli Srinivasan, senior district director of BNI India, on the topic of “BNI & Business Growth.” On the topic of “Aligning your inner GPS for Success, health, and wealth,” Dr Neelam Mohan, senior director of the Department of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Liver Transplantation at Medanta Medicity, Gurgaon, spoke. Other keynote speakers from PAN India included Anna Durai – 7 times TEDx speaker, and Murli Srinivasan, Senior district director of BNI India.
After the presentation, a panel discussion titled “Private Limited to Public Limited” was held.
Over 10,000 business owners, 500 business entities, (45+) speakers participated, 130 plus premium exhibitors, over 200 startup founders, and participants from approximately 40+ BNI India regions will converge on this three-day extensive “Bharat India Summit” for the purpose of networking.
