Surat (Gujarat) [India], March 23: We Founder Circle helped EVIFY, an tech braced EV logistics startup, raise $200,000 in a Seed funding round. Angel investors like Jayesh Gulabani,Apurva Arora and Rajeev Mehta were also present . Over $300000 was raised uptill now via the help of investors.
This investment round’s will primarily be used for the expansion of the company’s operations which is situated in Ahmedabad. Development of a full stack tech platform is one of the main ideals of where the funds are to go which would help them to scale in multiple locations, said co-founder and CMO Pragya Mittal, Evify.
“This is a great end to fiscal year for the company. We have been working on adding technological advancements into our delivery operations through the use of telematics device to create a tech enabled fleet management system which will revolutionize the unorganized logistics market,” said the co-founder and CMO, Devrishi Arora, EVIFY.
EVIFY plans to have a number of 2000 vehicles deployed successfully in Ahmedabad, Surat,Vadodara and Rajkot by the end of 2024.
Evify is India’s 1st carbon negative EV fleet owner and the largest EV fleet service provider in Gujarat . Carbon credits are said to be generated in the near future by said company
Electric vehicles (EVs)are used for deliveries in Evify. The company aim is to decarbonize last mile deliveries in the major Tier II cities in India. They have been operational in Surat for more than a year now servicing e-commerce behemoths like Ecom- Express, Zomato, Bluedart,Swiggy, Flipkart and Big Basket. The platform has tracked over 300,000 green deliveries and over 16,66,000 green kilometers.
All other clients are in the pipeline with whom the deployment is planned in the coming months. The company has started its operations in Ahmedabad as of recent times with Flipkart and Big basket .
