Delhi: Shadowfax Technologies, India’s largest crowdsourced third-party logistics platform for last-mile delivery, announced the appointment of Mohan Sitaram as Chief Human Resources Officer. This is a strategic move to help the organization enhance talent and capabilities.
Mohan has more than 25 years of HR experience in Banking, IT Services and product companies. He has been in leadership roles for organizations with different business models and led significant expansion, growth, restructuring and cultural transformation. He was part of the core team preparing the organization for listing at the stock exchange. His multi-geographical and leadership stints for other enabling functions make Mohan bring varied perspectives to decision-making.
He has worked for Mindtree, HCL, Subex and ANZ group. Mohan is also on the board of Whiteswan Foundation, a not-for-profit company with the largest knowledge repository on mental health in India, with more than a million users.
On the new leadership role, Abhishek Bansal, co-founder and CEO of Shadowfax Technologies, said, “Mohan being a well-rounded HR professional will help us build our agenda around growth, performance excellence and talent experience.
