Bengaluru, October 28, 2026: QwikBuild, an enterprise AI startup that builds bespoke software and AI agents for business operations, has raised $2.3 million in pre-seed funding. The startup is backed by Globalway Inc., Blume Ventures, Marsshot, and DeVC, alongside prominent angel investors including Lalit Keshre (founder of Groww) and Ankit Nagori (founder of Cure.fit).
Alongside the raise, QwikBuild announced a joint venture with Globalway Inc, a publicly listed Japanese company, to drive its expansion into Japan’s enterprise market.
Most enterprises already know exactly what software their operations need. But building it the traditional way has meant months of work, a dedicated engineering team, and a cost that is hard to justify, so much of that software never gets built. The work keeps running on manual processes sitting just outside the core systems.
QwikBuild closes that gap. Using autonomous AI agents, it builds bespoke, enterprise-grade software in days rather than months. The platform meets businesses exactly where they are through three paths: replacing a legacy system entirely, building a custom layer on top of existing tools like SAP and Salesforce, or building from scratch. Once the system is live, enterprises can deploy operational AI agents directly into their new software to automate workflows, giving them out-of-the-box AI transformation.
The Japan joint venture gives QwikBuild a direct route into the country’s enterprise market, pairing its AI-driven software development with Globalway’s local relationships and enterprise reach.
Pradeep Ayyagari, Founder and CEO of QwikBuild, said:
“We have been working together with Globalway to develop ‘QwikBuild’ into a service that meets the demands of the enterprise market, including Japan. Globalway’s knowledge of Japanese companies’ operations and system development has played a crucial role in the evolution of ‘QwikBuild.’ Through the establishment of this joint venture, we hope to deliver ‘QwikBuild’ to Japanese companies and together pioneer a new era where business departments take the lead in creating systems”
Masato Kakamu, Chairman and CEO, Globalway Co., Ltd., said:
“Japanese companies have long faced the challenge of system development requiring long periods of time and a large workforce, making it difficult to keep up with changes in business operations. We believe that QwikBuild is a revolution that can fundamentally change the way systems are built.
By leveraging the strengths of models from world-leading AI companies with QwikBuild’s AI harness for the actual development, we have ushered in an era where business systems can be created without relying entirely on external development agencies, and even without internal IT knowledge.
By combining the technology created by excellent engineers in India with the knowledge we have built together with Japanese enterprises, we will deliver QwikBuild to Japan. We believe that by having as many companies as possible use it, we can greatly contribute to improving the competitiveness of Japanese businesses”
QwikBuild is already in use by enterprises across the US, Singapore, India, with clients like Asia’s largest electronics component exporter that now runs its shipment and supply-chain on software and AI agents QwikBuild built on top of its existing SAP system, a leading industrial procurement company has automated payment processing on top of its existing SAP system, with AI agents running a workflow that was previously manual and a 3000-employee healthtech company has replaced its applicant tracking and HR systems with applications built on QwikBuild, migrating its data in the process.
Through this combination of AI-driven development, enterprise integrations and Managed agents stack, QwikBuild aims to help businesses in their AI transformation journey by modernising their operations around their core systems, without the time and complexity of traditional custom software projects.
